Pre-arranged sale to a private party. Roy sells a huge block at $0.0001 and the buyer dumps it at $0.0002. The private party gets a 50% discount.

I don't agree with it....but it was done several times a few weeks back while the bid at .0002 grew. Went on for a couple of weeks.
