well, MM does have control, lower the bid and the seller that had to sell for whatever reasons will be give their shares to MM for less than they will give to the subscribers... a penny or two for thousand and hundreds of thousand of shares adds up.
yea, could also be people bailing because of the lack of transparency... Pete just doesn't get it. I knew as soon as they extended the rights there would be selling... as I said it just doesn't look good, regardless of the true reason.. they have so much baggage already.. I checked today with eTrade and they said I could cancel the excerise of my rights which I will probably do.
