IMO, the forgiving announcement is more of a tap on the shoulders of shareholders so as to put them at ease about the cloud the the dilution concern places on the shares.

In my opinion, they got cash in exchange. Again, just my opinion.
What's most important is that they announced it, and either it was pressure that is being placed on Laura or it is YA working on finally letting this thing run.
I hope it is the latter; it would mean the stock is finally ready to move, and this would mean that YA sees a future ahead NEOM.
