Absolutely. Why do you think Playboy tried to change the venue to California? It wasn't because they were confident in the current court, lol. They know they will probably lose, so they threw a hail mary pass to get it to Cali to a judge who would favor them. It didn't work, and now they have to face a jury. It's time for Playboy to just settle this ASAP.
