Sorry Tiff, but that answer is kind of weak. Since last summer the key was waiting until end of December deadline for all the potential new enrollment. Now it's February and not a peep about emf. lorsch and loftus p/r'ed the slightest hint of anything happening, now when there are real numbers regarding the 2012 open enrollment effort not a word about it. Would the argument be that lorsch can't resist releasing news about things that might happen but never quite deliver the anticipated results, but he believes on keeping the lid on good news that has actually been achieved? Really?
