Sure it's not slander to state fact there is a reverse split coming. He's just tryin to make it sound like it's a good thing.

The summary is:
Bebevco WILL do a periodic buyback.
Bebevco WILL generate more revenue. through growth and expansion.
Bebevco WILL uplist in time
Bebevco WILL NOT be diluting.
Bebevco WILL NOT be financing.

In December he said he would "discuss the buyback" that is what happened. It was not in the companies best interest to do all of these things immediately.

It all sounds reasonable. It is tough being patient.
