Yep George, They cannot figure the junk out. Still, I'll keep hyf as the SP means little as long as the rate is a bit better than corps,, now those I have been selling. HYF is paying about 12 1/4% now. As the price fell & the div went much over 16% the SP dropped,,,,,,,, now will the opposite be true as the SP begins to rise & nav too? We can hope.. but hyf can pay the living expenses at the main house ea month. The monthy payout has been nice to me as the divs purchase additional shares ea month.
