Jay, this seems strange to me. If the location to be sold can generate 700,000 in revenue, why sell it for quick cash??? Is this a desperation move to raise a little capital? The rise in AS also frightens me... I am a shareholder and want nothing more than a rise in PPS, so this is NO attempt to bash.. Thanks, jay!!
