yup. those shares, while sold, were certainly bought. it's a trade, and a very large one, at that. :-)

Carter, exactly; off market trades;

On a few stocks I followed that did not have gagged Transfer Agent, the Form T trade matched the daily dilution almost exactly. Form Ts have always been a red flag in this market. O/S for CERP could easily be over 300 million with the amount of shares traded since the S-1 reported 151 million on January 25th.
