If you read that letter closely it says "no value to Grayling shareholders". What if there is a reverse merger and suddenly there is no Grayling but another entity? My guess and it's pure speculation is that Grayling has some valuable patents relative to wireless technology that somebody wants hence the recent activity. If so this could be a big money maker.
