All the old, lame, discredited arguments are becoming fashionable again.
#2 is a fuel last time I checked. It is not a road fuel unless it has certain additives and the appropriate taxes paid.
Please see the many prior posts on the differences between crude oil produced #6 and JBI produced #6. The differences are substantial and all in JBI's favor.
Naphtha is a fuel. I use it in my camping stove for example. It is not a road fuel. See the above section on #2 for the distinctions.
