Is Rosetta Green connected in any way to ROSG?

In December 2011 they took advantage of the financial distress of the parent company, Rosetta Genomics (ROSG), and acquired 50.03% of the Rosetta Green shares from it for just less than a million dollars.

Rosetta Green was a spin-off from ROSG but ROSG sold almost all its stake for peanuts. MON is shopping/investing in Israel for the 4th time now (Beeologics, Evogene, abseeds).
