Legal updates - Infrax counter-claim against Trimax dismissed in Circuit Court. Trimax claim against Infrax still pending. Middle District Federal Court merged Daedalus/Infrax/ Lockwood suits -court date set for early 2014 - no trial date this month!...so no early windfall there. Interpleader thrown out of Florida by court and sent back to NH with legal costs awarded against Infrax. Check PACER court records for updates.
