I ran across KERX about 18 months ago when the ex CEO ripped off investors in MHAN, in a take over of another biotech, and I traced his bio history back here so I decided to see how this one turned out after he left, and then I watched KERX drop to nearly $1/share as part of my DD. When I saw this run like it did I had misgivings too. I bet a lot of the rally was short covering on the news in a panic, and now they are all short again and adding to shorts while the retailers are jumping ship with losses. SAD.
