The company files periodic reports making all those disclosures with the OTC Markets. The web site is not described to be a company information site. It is a social networking site devoted to open source biotech research. I for one am very comfortable with the company executing on its business model and not just exhibiting information about its stock. These are called fundamentals. The upcoming launch of Cancer.im should show if this company can do what it says it can do. The market should follow with an evaluation of the stock.
