CERP: hey Doc .... thanks for a great looking chart. Been following you for a while now and everything you have been saying about CERP is spot on. This will be making a move north when it is good and ready BUT until then buy the cheapies and hold. I have been doing this for a while now and will continue to do so for the forseeable future.
