GFCI..
There seems to be so many 10,000 share trades in GFCI that are at the same price.. In many brokerage firms such as Brown max share trades are @ 5000 on the same ticket without per share commissions being paid.. What broker allows share amounts above 5000 without a pershare charge? And @ Brown the charge is 5.00 per ticket,, what are the rates at brokers allowing share amounts above 5000 per ticket...hank

Dr Bill: Here's why . . .

Quote from the PR:

"The Company [Grifco] also announces today its intention to spin-off the operations of CTT from Grifco as a special dividend distribution to its shareholders." (brackets added for clarification)

From the American Heritage Dictionary:

Dividend: "A share of a company's net profits distributed by the company to a class of its stockholders. The dividend is paid in a fixed amount for each share of stock held. Although most companies make quarterly payments in cash (checks), dividends also may be in the form of property, scrip, or stock."

I guess we're getting our GFCI "DIVIDEND" in stock of another company! Need I say more??
