I'm not sure of all the rules… I think if you have 25,000 or more in your account, you don't have to wait for three days… But I'm not positive. If you don't have that much, I think you're out of luck.

Only if you have a margin account. All Trades have to wait for the 3 day Settlement per SEC.

I'm using E*Trade as well and I don't have the 3 day rule. Do you have cash or margin account?
