It's sad to note how so many victims of stock fraud seem to simply walk away, without taking any action against the perpetrators. I imagine many feel that if the SEC didn't stop them, let alone prosecute, what outcome could victims realize? I disagree. Recall that Russell Kidder is the president of ACT Clean Technologies, who orchestrated the Gulf Oil scam of 2010. But Russell Kidder and ACT Clean Technologies is also a majority shareholder in this recent PWEI scam. Think about this...if it were not for another Russell Kidder stock fraud victim mentioning Russell Kidder's latest scam I wouldn't have learned about PWEI...and trust me, I've been trying my hardest to monitor Kidder's next scams.

It's crucial for stock fraud victims to work together to prevent these criminals from victimizing new investors. Consider this...scammers like Russell Kidder and his associates likely don't have regular jobs, they make a living planning and executing their stock scams. Russell Kidder and his crew made out two years ago with the Gulf Oil Scam...and less than two years later he was at it again with PWEI.

We need to proceed as government investigators would. if we're to track his next fraud, it will be important to monitor his known associates. For example, Gary Koelsch, was briefly president of PWEI, but he is also president of e-Green Marketing, another major shareholder of PWEI. And guess what? e-Green Marketing and Russell Kidder's ACT Clean Technologies go way back..

For all you PWEI victims that believe you'll recoup your losses..I can assure you that you won't. You'll hold on to whatever you can...like the website's back up (after being down for a month), or we'll get a press release soon, or that the stock ticker is still active, or that it trades every day, albeit far less volumes than when the active pumping got me into its snare... Just remember this..I lost $50k in Russell Kidder's Gulf Oil scam in 2010..the websites remained active, the ticker ACLH is still active, every now and then it will trade a couple 100k..but the last press release we received was on February 11, 2011..and the stock ACLH has been on the grey market since June 2010. That's the level of corporate responsiveness/outcomes you should expect from PWEI.

I would like to believe that all my posts on this message board during the heavy pumping prevented many from being victimized. I certainly contacted the SEC repeatedly to advise them of Kidder's involvement, and the questionable validity of PWEI and it's P&D trading. But it's up to all of us to work together to ensure these scammers don't steal another dime from investors' hard-earned living. If you want to work together, please contact me at maddogg008@gmail.com.
