I was just concerned because of your initial post about being new to this stock and couldn't figure out if it was a pump and dump. And the next thing you you had come up with this pumpanddump.com posting. I just wouldn't want anyone including yourself to place doubt on this stock based on what that website contains. And, as stated and as I am sure you know by now, that there is plenty of legit DD within this board that would dismiss any worry of this company being a pump and dump.

And to other's posts, yes company awareness through promos is sometimes good advertising; however not through many of these email stock pickers which receive shares from the company in exchange for an orchestrated effort to spike the price per share based on less than legit and non concrete evidence of the promo'ed company doing something good, only to start dumping, and ultimately diluting, at the highest point of the spike and crashing it back down. Anyway, good Luck to you with NTEK, and I'm sure you will be rewarded here for your investment.

That may be a misfire,... think about it. There are ~10,000
penny stocks,...it's plausible that a company genuinely
(without malicious intent or simply as part of a PUMP &
DUMP scheme) wants to announce itself to the broader
markets & garner some attention.


Perhaps that attention WAS used to create some financing &
help them along the way: BUT, who does a PUMP & then BUYS
their OWN SHARES? 25% of their commons in fact?


And, then, why add the BOD-member they just snagged? And how
exactly did they get him? ANYONE think Alan Stone (former SEGA
CEO & NINTENDO Co-Founder) wasn't vetting NTEK before
agreeing to the BOD position?


Any evidence of him being affiliated with Pump & Dumps in
the past?
