I think he is referring to private sales...If your neighbor wants to buy your 22 pistol and you feel like selling it to him, should the Govt be involved and grant the permission?

that's the print version . .it's long and it NAILS the NRA & Lapierre who can only talk on fox to get warm snuggles and hugs .. They're rotten to the core .. they are every bit as bad as the OIL industry is lying about 'coal is clean' etc. etc.. . the NRA is exactly the same and oddly enough (not really) the SAME dirty politicians and people who support BIG OIL over the welfare of the people in the country .. are the SAME people who SUPPORT the LIES good old boy Wayne spouts on Fox ... ;) There's much more in this article . .. BUT it is being talked about and recommended reading everywhere that's somewhere ... it was even recommended in 'long reads' this weekend and on everyones 'recommended reading lists .. it's even being recommended on financial blogs ... ..of course all the others ..
