I have only got pic's through the 13 th, no specialty products or memory books, and still waiting on a canvas from 10/27 virginia slater said in a e mail they will not do any rush orders we will just have to wait...such a crock people are getting more upset every day and even ask if they can call customer service so I give them the # then after a few days they want to know if I am sure it is the correct # because they never get any one!!, also need 16x20's but doubt I will ever get them at this point, so may have to see what walmart will charge for 11x14 or 16x20 and do a refund then have walmart make it after my computer is fixed , the people want the product not a refund. the company is making even more enemies daily. Also with the new vip offer it is a joke because my cd burner quit and web tech isn't responding so can't even burn their cd's...so I give up there is no support or help from anyone. I felt guilty selling to customers anymore, lost 4 sit's this week because I can't get their pic's back for sure by the dates they need them. one lady called and cancelled her appointment because her friend told her that it took almost 3 weeks to get her pic's and still no framed one. So when dm want's to know why things are going south I am going to tell her because the company isn't doing their job and they need a corrective action the same as we get. also our real dm got laid off for awhile longer yesterday. Face it we are at rock bottom and they don't care, they blame the bank, when it was the company who put us in this position. I also find it hard to believe the bank is not aware of all this. You would think they would step in to protect their assets and keep company from making so many fatal mistakes.
