I am not an expert on share structure but I think a dollar would happen only if there was a share buyback or you hold for awhile and that while could be years. I am not an expert and with this lawsuit, who knows.
I'm pretty sure there have been stocks that went to a dollar on hype alone, I just don't know if they had this share structure. I would love to see .10 but realistically, if we break a few pennies, I would be jumping up and down.
