FormT - I don't think they're trying to hide T trades, not in most cases. It's probably when so many trades go thru in a short period of time, the machine can't handle them all, but I'm just guessing. By rule, they only have 90 seconds to get it posted or it goes on the Form T (daily adjustments).

They're also not after hours trades, which don't exist for stocks in this level.
