Eade(or his wife, wink wink) could have around 13,000,000 shares to dump:
In addition to these questions, further issues have come to light since the July 2 hearing, not limited to uncovered discrepancies between the stated timing under oath of the transfer of in excess of 10.5 million shares to his wife and SEC filings which indicate a more recent date for transfer, raising the specter of whether the shares were transferred to avoid paying the judgment in this case. Further, Eade fails to disclose to this Court, in his declaration, that he was just awarded, by default judgment, 3.5 million shares of IFLM in another litigation, the value of which far exceeds the judgment in this case and which Judgment Creditor believes further impacts his ability to appear in person for the October 1, 2012 hearing
