VANGUARD. I see 700.000.000 a/s in dec 2012 ( pinsheets)
I know from jan 01 to now they short 700.000.000 shares
does it mean they have no more a/s to sell ? I see ask 0006 on my
account. I never see ask 0005 a month. maybe stock begin to move ?
