Interesting activity on the volume.

Will all be recorded as short volume since there is no actual inventory to cover the trades. Locates will be hard to come by.

Strange that ETRF is taking a long time to fill orders placed through certain brokers, including ETrade, who uses ETRF for a bulk of their OTC market making. Very strange indeed!
