The Lawsuit vs. TRTC is still ongoing. If you have a link to some proof that it has been settled then post it.

Derek was partner with Dhar Mann at WeGrow which is also still in business. If Derek is no longer involved in WeGrow that does not effect the lawsuit vs. TRTC as that was filed by Dhar Mann.
