Looks like the buyer of a million shares is back. FWIW he is with etrade down low at .0069 1000k. I went into my Etrade account and put a buy for 10k at .018. Level II shows best bid .013. Well its not its .018. Etrade is reflecting the 1000k instead of the measly 10k.
