Checked CDIT and it looks good. 18mm float?? Hard to imagine that will hold but why the lack of interest? Why the reasonably high profiles of the Board, etc. at this valuation?

I am more suspect of PS issues in Canada than the US , which is difficult to attain. All depends on the integrity of the CEO. Sounds as though you are convinced he is a straight arrow. True?? The art business is in a different world but may buy some anyway...
