OceanEagle..your not baffled just think outside the box..someone wants this company for cheap..remember we are dealing with sharks.
CERP has spent hundreds of millons if not billions in research.
Look at their patents alone. Assuming they fail it will never get to bankruptcy court without takeover offers. I traded CERP in the $20's & believe me this stock is like a free ride. The only people that should worry are the inexperienced tradrs who haven't been thru this before.
