No effect. Still in escrow, unless by some miracle LEH decides to call them and the trustee allows it.

Waiting with all other prefs at this point.

IMO and my DD, There will not be any divy or interest paid on any CTs, preferreds, commons or any debt instruments until Lehman exits BK. As of right now, Lehman is still protected under the BK. I also do not think the divy/interest on the instruments during BK is very fragile meaning the interest/divy is govern by BK rules unless otherwise stated.....Juat a thought...go figure...devil
