Well I posted the link on my post. Or just Google the topic. Just a sad realization that in today's world kids may need body armor. It is almost beyond astoundingly unbelievable!
So would 'a piece of metal in a back pack' be defined as body armor. . . OR my purchase of a chunk of steel put in a brief case be defined as body armor.
OR the fact it is not being worn on the body, would preclude the 'body armor' definition.
