The people doing the toxic debt/equity are insiders or connected to them. They are guaranteed a profit because they buy at a discount to the market price, whatever it is.
I don't suspect they're going to want to turn those profits over to other people.

I already brought this up to Paul and he said there is legal liability risks, so NO go. And what happened to the money we invested in Parker or was that just another screw up ? Frankly, after watching nothing but selling for the last six months and still no oil sales for all those shares, I'm scratching my head.

what really pisses me off is we offered this idea of a PP WAY back when Peter came on board, but no they couldn't do that because they had to pay off the crooks without anyone from the outside knowing before they could get the information and cooperation needed for Peter to clean up the books and cover their previous criminal acts. I'll bet at least half the stock issued was to pay off these criminals and hide the bodies at our expense !
