Hi tamtam, I recieved your PM. I do not have the capability to answer. I am not a wealthy investor. I became an active investor in late 2009 when I retired. My career was spent as a electric utility worker who did not have access to trade stocks while employed. Perhaps when PCL hits it big, I will upgrade.
