My problem is I can get the money most of the time but then they say you only had 2 or 3 sits. I am like you should be greatful I got your fn 400.00 dollars in and shut up. Then they ask how long did it take on each customer. I tell them it took 3 hours for three customers and they have a fit. It is not like they are a hundred people in line you know. So what if I takes an hour per customer if I sell a hundred dollars or more on each get off my back I am tired of carrying you. My old DM would never ride me over this crap. She knew what I was capable of doing and I knew what she expected. They probably rode my old DM so hard because I would be steady and not work faster and kick them out the door real quick. Sorry that is not good customer service. Customers come to me because of the great experience they have at my studio.
