Straw poll response...
Sorry for slow reply. Gone yesterday.
1. I have no expectations of "a significant commercial success prior to the vote in March." but it would be welcome at any time.
2. No, I am not "okay with it (share dilution) if the justification is just in support of the activities outlined in the filings"
Comments:
I plan on attending the meeting at the DFW airport in March.
If they do not reveal a compelling growth plan then, or before then, I will vote against the increase. My % of ownership is insignificant overall, but I wish to voice my opinion none the less. Also, if no plan is forthcoming, I will reduce my holdings significantly.
As a businessman, I know that profit opportunities can't be made real without capital. Undercapitalization is a leading cause of business failures.
If the capital infusion resultant from the share increase is to fund a manufacturing facility or a joint venture that is needed to do business, great. SO BE IT! I would far rather be .1% owner of a hundred million (or more) dollar company with income than a .3% owner of a ten million dollar company without income.
I DO hope evidence of progress and/or information sufficient to renew my faith and convince me to stay will be made available at the meeting. I have had a large portion of my limited capital here for a long time, and dearly want to see QTMM succeed.
I hope to meet some of you at Dallas in March. You seem real nice.
Bless us all.
John
