#15782 RE: BigE1960 #15781

I wouldn't be happy with nr 2, but I would accept it since I trust this management completely. I understand management didn't want to be a public company in the first place, but if I remember correctly, circumstances forced them into being one. So I understand they care more about the company that their shareholders. I don't like it, but I accepted it, because I put ALL my money into this company...

But I do think/hope we will get an announcement. Crunch is way to quiet...

I think we are very close to announcements, if an increase in a/s allows us to expand operations by funding reactors that we will be joint owners of I am all for it.

Straw poll response...
Sorry for slow reply. Gone yesterday.

1. I have no expectations of "a significant commercial success prior to the vote in March." but it would be welcome at any time.

2. No, I am not "okay with it (share dilution) if the justification is just in support of the activities outlined in the filings"

Comments:

I plan on attending the meeting at the DFW airport in March.

If they do not reveal a compelling growth plan then, or before then, I will vote against the increase. My % of ownership is insignificant overall, but I wish to voice my opinion none the less. Also, if no plan is forthcoming, I will reduce my holdings significantly.

As a businessman, I know that profit opportunities can't be made real without capital. Undercapitalization is a leading cause of business failures.

If the capital infusion resultant from the share increase is to fund a manufacturing facility or a joint venture that is needed to do business, great. SO BE IT! I would far rather be .1% owner of a hundred million (or more) dollar company with income than a .3% owner of a ten million dollar company without income.

I DO hope evidence of progress and/or information sufficient to renew my faith and convince me to stay will be made available at the meeting. I have had a large portion of my limited capital here for a long time, and dearly want to see QTMM succeed.

I hope to meet some of you at Dallas in March. You seem real nice.

Bless us all.

John

Just realized I did not share my personal answers for the straw poll-

1.) Yes, I expect news. (My definition may be less demanding than most. LOL, I think any commercial success will be significant!)
2.) No, not okay. I haven't decided how I'll vote, though. Most certainly, I'll be disappointed and feel like we were disrespected. I am not looking for secrets or information that is detrimental to the cause, but IMO, additional information beyond the current filings is warranted.

Straw poll answers

1. To get a bit more bang for the buck I would like to see news before the conf. Running out of time at this point.

2. As you asked the question. I would support the shares increasing in a justified way. i.e. announcement of need or stated purpose of use.

3. I would say it could be used as a poison pill also but a hedge fund, or investment bank could swallow this whole if SS let them.

Just watched a great documentary on electricty last night and it is kind of wacked out the Nic Tesla really got screwed in the end. JP Morgan was ruthlessly protrayed in this doc. EGO EGO EGO to say the least. Edison was his side of the innovation but Westinghouse blew everyone away from lighting up the Worlds Fair in Chicago. My mind wandered a little bit as we are looking at meta-material that can change whole industry. Rockefeller was saved by the automobile as electricty was a threat to his Kerosine lamp oil supply. We live in really interesting times that will set the pace for the rest of the century imo. Peace
