Is there a CT scan included within the treatment efficacy analysis ?..just curious on how they are approaching to determine whether tumors have stabilized or even begin to shrink. TIA

Yes indeed a scans are involved in this study, though not necessarily CT.


* Change in tumor size [ Time Frame: baseline and 2 months ] [ Designated as safety issue: No ]

Change in tumor size based on RECIST criteria version 1.1. using MRI, CT scan, and/or standard of care imaging


* Change in tumor size [ Time Frame: baseline and 4 months ] [ Designated as safety issue: No ]

Change in tumor size based on RECIST criteria version 1.1. using MRI, CT scan, and/or standard of care imaging

* Change in tumor size [ Time Frame: baseline and 6 months ] [ Designated as safety issue: No ]

These are part of the Secondary Outcome Measures which could determine early signs of efficacy for Kevetrin treating solid tumors.

Cohort [patient group] #1 is past the time for the 2 month scans.

Also past the time for two follow up tests for a "Decrease in serum tumor marker" and the biggie, "Changes in the biomarker p21"
