The filing says that the Series E shares will be converted and sold to fund the "merger"

What good will the merger do if the A/S jumps to 1.6 billion as part of the process?

You never know, but what we do know is that GDSM, has been very disappointing. Is there an uplist/merger/Azurite, in the future? Who knows. The price speaks loud and clear, .0007/.0009, does not tell a good story. I have been stating .0007, will be, is the low for GDSM, since Nov. But GDSM needs an update bad! The 750mmAS, is suspect at this point, without any assurance from GDSM, cannot believe that?
