I am sorry but I have again to disagree with your point of view.
We are not in a fairytale world. Everyone is here to make money, PWC, Hayes as well.
Obviously they will sell at one point some shares. Any Insiders do it. How many and When.
AS per your post, all and soon... This is were we disagree. Why:
- they are restricted for another few months (Dec 2013 if you apply the normal 1 year restriction, June 2013 if you think there can be a 6 months exception)
- Check current volume... how many trading day to sell all shares... what will be the price ? If you were in their position and had to maximise your profit, what will you do ? Sell in big blocks sending the stock to 0.0001 or selling few blocks into volume on large period of time and at the same time growing the business?
Or will you negociate with another group the sale of an important stake of your Company. Did you follow FB IPO: some shares for the public, others for the institutions, others for the Introducers and Insiders. Blocks of shares with different time restrictions.
This is not a world of all-in, all-out.
planification... this is what it is about... at the Company level.
At our level as well: When, how many, why selling.
I did my homework.. I know what is my risk tolerance, my price target, my selling trigger point ( a mix between price target and business developments).
Anytime there is news or information, I add it in my "formula" and go ahead.
