It was a t trade. Totally different. In fact that sell may have not even happened in the past week for all we know.

T trades are not real-time and they certainly don't give shares to any average person. It's just the reporting of a transaction and often they were prearranged sells to get rid of large chunks regardless of price. There's no trading after hours in penny stocks.

As long as they are shares we have already thought to be in market then its no big deal.
