Bradford didn't verify anything --- same head fake as with compilation. Their letter repeats what is written on the "signed paper" (which we all could read), but Bradford did not independently verify with HSBC the deposit (otherwise they would have said they did) or state the POA is legal, valid, binding or enforceable -- or even genuine. They didn't verify anything with the parties who supposedly signed it. They didn't verify existence of Anquilla shell company.

Pretty sneaky trick to get accountant to repeat what is written on paper without any actual work or verification. Allows con artists to proclaim -- Accountant Verified -- when in fact that didn't happen.

This charade has been going on for years -- the props may change, but the basic scam hasn't.
