ScammersRevealed....Please explain how they completely wiped out everyone. The stocks trading post split of $ .021 vs. .007, or there abouts.

Is there something I am missing? Do you know how much is in the float after this merger? What's the free trading amount. Do you know Kenactiv's revenue for '12 and what they may do in 2013?

This wasn't exactly a reverse then dilute the heck of the company. As far as I anticipate.

Or maybe I am wrong. But, when they open trading again with new symbol, and then not dilute like what usually happens with reverse splits, I wouldn't be surprised to see the stock price increase.

More information is needed on the share structure and their plans for their shareholders.

Billy and Alan are getting paid for their proprietary information, brand name, as well as keeping them from starting up another company with the same product line.
