the streak, as for your bid stacking question..... Basically when you see that both on level 2 and on the Boards it essentially means that when a Penny is moving on up many times you will see many more buyers coming into the Stock thus Level 2 fills up with buy Orders thus the phrase "Bid Stacking". Usually it is a very good sign for those that are holding that particular stock indicating an imminent increase in the pps as the interest in that Stock is now there. Hope that helps.
