Yes any pink sheet is difficult to clear. I have a local place that would do it but only because of the asset size outside of the SRSR shares. There were others who would take them but they wanted a large fee. My local place was fee free.

Its a relationship issue. I had a significant amount of money in Schwab and they refused so I closed all my accounts. Etrade also refused.

Pinksheet certs are a PIA.

Scott needs to spin ST. Its that easy.
