You got a link buddy? I did a quick Control + F on your post below and searched for John Ballard, no where was that name found on your long copied and paste post.

I looked up Case 2:11-cv-03718-MMB and found this recent document:

I seached that document too, and again John Ballard was never mentioned there either.

So again please provide a link where you found John Ballard involved in a scheme with other people that violate SEC Rules. Thanks in advance.
