I don't suggest any words to put in anything. I use my words and experience to express my outrage with the SEC and Finra for allow ____ to own publicly traded companies(or in this case--- a ticker symbol).
Look at all the money you lost - your words will come to you as you fill in the blanks of the complaint form. Details count so be as specific as possible. Most of the time you will never hear from them except acknowledge they got it and some standard gov BS....But when they call you and ask key questions-----then you know at least someone is following up on stopping a fraud from continuing.
Everyone has to learn when to heed warnings and when to go with the pump.
