Thank you, sir, for posting that valuable information. It's just a long way of saying what I've been saying all along with regard to short, or "IOU" shares. There is only one person in the world with the ability to sell an unlimited number of KATX shares short. Everybody knows he has the ability to issue an unlimited number of shares to cover his short position, no matter how large it may become. And he can do it "in the dark."

Need I say again who that person is?

KATX is one of the many victims of naked-shorting.
And it has been going on for over 2 years.
It is about time for the SEC to put a stop to all these naked shortings.
Ken should consult Gov authorities and Law-Firms concerning this matter.
The sooner the better.
