seaoh, even more puzzling is the fact that the deal he's made with these XBOR shareholders doesn't involve the payment of cash, but merely the issuance of RDMP shares. So inquiring minds would like to know, why is Alan holding off issuing the ~10M of RDMP shares that is called for in these exchange agreements???

How is it a bad deal given all of the warning you have given about XBOR and it's management? With all of the reports of XBOR preparing to file for BK seems like a GREAT deal!!! LOL! At the very worst, XBOR shareholders would have twice as many shares that would be worthless as you predict so that scenario would be a wash.
The simple fact is that XBOR shareholders were offered a stock deal that they felt was in their best interest. Completely voluntary. Some seem to think that RDMP has no ability to raise any cash in the future and some find that laughable.
Seems that I recall RDMP being deemed the "White Knight" coming in to save XBOR shareholders. Remember that one?? LMAO!!!
