What I can tell you is that MMR filed a Patent Infringement Lawsuit against Walgreens today and that has kept me very busy.



In case you are interested, the patent infringement case was filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California and is case number CV 13-00631.

The complaint will be available on the court’s website http://www.pacer.gov/ tomorrow, January 30, 2013. As detailed in the complaint, MMR alleges that Walgreens infringes on MMR’s personal health records patent, specifically US Patent No. 8,301,466. In its complaint, MMR seeks damages as well as a permanent injunction.
